Helicopter Tower Assembly, an insight for Crews and Pilots // FPV, Drone, pilot perspective
Переглядів 5 тис.2 роки тому
I made this video to give new crews and also pilots new to this type of operation an insight in how the tower assembly is carried out. Obviously this is not a substitute for proper tower assembly training and there are several safety points that I did not include are included in the courses and SOP's. If you have questions about this video or this procedure, please let me know in the comments. ...

AS350 B2 startup
Переглядів 28 тис.2 роки тому
I finally got to film a b2 startup. notes: - On the first startup I say "let go of the NG" but I meant let go of the starter at 40-45% NG - On the second startup towards the end of the video I let the NG get a little high (mid 70's)

Hi love the videos. quick question what does the tally counter you reset when startup at 1:03 ?
lol cool
Are B3’s easy to overtorque and what happens if you did?
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Maschinengewehr!!!
Looks truly amazing, like surfing over the clouds.👍But, there is not much other air traffic in that region, right?🙂
Damn cows are always in the way of our rotors

Hey, just pull up the collective and go
I love it
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I don’t care what language it’s in. It’s beautiful.
Thank you for posting that
Where is your checklist
So cool
One day at the office. Great job! Greetings from Marbella 🚁
Watch his left foot working those pedals!👍🏻
I love this H125 shit❤
What does it mean when it makes that sound? Is it when it's slapping against the wind?
Give who ever valet cleans that helicopter a raise please
The sound inside the helicopter reminds me of the sound of blue thunder, Helicopter 😂
i am so excited for this helicopter to be in msfs 2024
Most definitely epic yes!
what helmet/comms load out do you use?
Whats the spinning thing above your dead artificial horizon?
currently in the process of getting my commercial license and learning about this. Cool to see the similarities and how its done in a real world scenario. Right now it takes me about 3-4 orbits before making sure a spot is good haha

TOP!!!’
Love the way you have the plug on the side of the swing. Never seen that before.
thats pretty cool job how do you get started there, does the company you work for pay the training?
Bro you need a better password
Didn't recognize the unit. The handle is like a combat one, but a civilian one. It looks like an updated Iroquois, but it's not. It flies like Kiowa, but it’s not it either... Eurocopter?
Why do you clap your hands?
Nice video....From a safety standpoint, it probably isn't wise to leave your phone on the seat like you did. It could fall on the floor and jam the controls. Just saying. It has happened before. Safe flying.
The Redbull can!! :o
Overall it is a very good video!😊 But, basic writing techniques dictates that you define all terms!(like, AGL, and LZ).
For the next video please with radio comunitation between loadmaster and our pilot sir🙏
i wonder why didn't you asked for permission takeoff isn't that illegal if you doesn't do so ???
Great content and even better long line sling skills! Enjoy watching the views while having the ' Airbus music' running in the back ground. 😎🚁
Very pretty scenery! 😍
But where is this immense field of wind turbines ? 🙆♂
And it looks way better!
Yes, noticed the nervous glance at the FLI . Good work.
Great video!
i have rc helicopter
You, my friend, are in the right profession. Your handling of that chopper is EXCELLENT. I just subscribed to your channel. 24 years as an Aviator..... and I've never been as impressed as I am with your flying skills. Even Chuck Aaron will be amazed at your excellence.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
thank you so much:)
Buddy please come back, i loved your videos! Other than being a great pilot you were an awesome commentator ❤
Best job in the world.
Hi, Thank you very much for your videos, is that a reason why you would choose to fly over the water instead of over land with a load? Is it better having an engine failure over the lake or over land? Is that a company procedure? I'm about to getting started into lift and I'm just wandering what to do, and where and why to fly in a similar situation.
Or was the water path preferable due to the cloud base?
yeah i think it was a pretty low cloud base over the tops, and the trail goes to the right of the water when im flying in to the cabin. try to avoid the places where there might be people as much as possible. its also very time saving in this case cause the tops to the right are quite a lot higher than it looks. but as a general rule we fly over land or very close to land whenever it is possible. an autorotation is one consideration you have to make, but there is a much higher chance of something falling of a load and potentially posing a danger to people on ground and that is usually what we try to mitigate
